Gently hand-rolled pearls of young white tea that slowly open in the cup. The brew is light and clear with soft notes of hay, pear and mild florality. The mouthfeel is silky and clean, and a single pearl can be brewed several times. A calm and elegant tea for times when you want to drink something light, fresh and soothing.

Använd en pärla per kopp. Värm vattnet till cirka 80 grader och låt teet dra 3 till 4 minuter. Följ gärna hur pärlan långsamt öppnar sig. Teet tål flera ombryggningar, och varje kopp får en mjukt fördjupad smak.
