This organic Milky Oolong has a sweet and creamy taste, with notes of caramel and vanilla. Perfect with pastries and cakes.
Unlike its original predecessor "Jin Xuan", this Milky Oolong is lightly flavored to enhance the creaminess and round character.
This organic Milky Oolong comes from controlled organic tea plantations and the flavorings are entirely organically certified.
For this tea, we suggest that you try the traditional Chinese Gong FU style to brew your tea. The idea behind this technology is to use greater proportions of tea leaves for water and very short break times. By using more tea leaves and having very short brewing, you only manage to extract parts of the entire taste spectrum. The tea can then be enjoyed in so -called "sections", which gives a much more nuanced experience. As the taste develops gradually and it is much more leaves, this contributes to a much more intense taste than when brewing in Western style.
