This tea is aged for 5 years and has the characteristically earthy flavor of Pu Erh.

Yunnan's climatic conditions make it possible to grow large-leaf tea of high quality and in large quantities. The tea can easily be made into Pu Erh as the tea plants produce strong buds early and crisp, soft leaves. This tea is aged for 5 years and has the characteristic earthy taste of Pu Erh. Can be brewed up to 5 times if brewed according to the "gong fu cha" method.

For this tea, we suggest you try the Western brewing style. The idea behind this technique is to use fewer leaves and much more water, while the brewing time is longer to extract as much of the flavor as possible at once.
