The taste is bright and floral with creamy notes.

Jin Xuan (literally "Golden Daylily") is an oolong tea that was developed relatively late, in 1980. The tea is also known as "Milky Oolong" (Nai Xiang) and originates from Taiwan. The taste is bright and floral with creamy notes. This type of tea can be grown at higher altitudes and the yield is about 20% higher compared to traditional types of tea. These conditions make this tea one of the most popular varieties to grow among tea farmers in Taiwan. The pervasive, slightly milky flavor of Jin Xuan is natural and not added by flavoring agents. As reputable retailers, we can tell by the smell whether it is a natural or flavored oolong. The added flavors mask the natural tea aroma substantially and this is naturally a natural Jin Xuan Oolong.
