Dark Pearl Oolong is an exclusive oolong tea from Taiwan where the hand-picked leaves are rolled into small pearls. Yields a clear, amber-colored cup with a full-bodied and smooth flavor. Aromatic profile with notes of tropical fruit, baked peach, and lightly roasted undertones. An elegant oolong tea that can be infused multiple times, developing new layers of flavor with each infusion.

Brygg teet i 90–95 °C vatten och använd cirka 2–3 g te per kopp (2–2,5 dl). Låt dra i 2–3 minuter. De rullade bladen kan bryggas 3–5 gånger, öka bryggtiden något vid varje ny infusion.
