This Pu Erh is lighter, more refined and sweeter in character than a traditional Chinese Shu Pu Erh.

Pu Erh, which is a very unique and unusual tea in itself. This specific tea comes from Jeju Island in South Korea. Similar to other green teas from the same province, this Pu Erh is lighter, more refined and sweeter in character than a traditional Chinese tea. Shu Pu Erh from Yunnan. But still retaining the broader earthy notes that we have learned to love in Pu Erh teas.

For this tea, we suggest you try the Western brewing style. The idea behind this technique is to use fewer leaves and much more water, while the brewing time is longer to extract as much of the flavor as possible at once.
