Fairly sweet with a spicy undertone.

A beautiful oolong tea from northern Taiwan. Unlike many other Taiwanese oolong teas, they have chosen to increase the oxidation process to about 70% to produce a sweet, floral, peachy note that lingers on the taste buds for many hours afterwards. Moderately sweet with a spicy undertone.

For this tea, we suggest that you try the Western brewing style. The idea behind this technique is to use fewer leaves and much more water, while brewing time becomes longer to extract as much of the taste as possible at one and the same time.
