This remarkable, organic Singell tea is cultivated in the Kurseong district at 950-1,450 metres above sea level. It is light in colour, and has a refreshing crisp, sweet and mellow flavour.
For this tea we suggest trying the Western-style of brewing. The idea behind it is to use much less leaf and much more water while brewing-times are much longer to extract as much of the flavor as possible at once.
Excellently suited as a fine breakfast tea, with or without milk.
The Kalej Valley tea plantation is distinct from the others, and delivers a taste sensation that is fruity sweet and slightly wooden.
High in quality with a strongly aromatic character – spicy and somewhat sweet.
