The Temi plantation is the best known in the Sikkim region of India, and was founded in 1969. This high-quality tea has finely shaped, matte-green leaves, and gives a golden drink with a fresh, floral flavour.
For this tea we suggest trying the Western-style of brewing. The idea behind it is to use much less leaf and much more water while brewing-times are much longer to extract as much of the flavor as possible at once.
Exquisite flavour and aroma, light in colour and better paired with a lemon slice than milk.
The liquor offers a captivating fragrance of green pistachio scored with the vibrant notes of freshly zested citrus.
A quality tea, with large leaves and many buds, which is both mild and spicily aromatic at the same time.
