Black tea is made from young small leaves that have the highest concentration of golden tips. The cup colour is sparkling copper-red, the flavour complex with good body and malty-fruity flavour with faint spice notes. A top Assam with the rare, lingering aftertaste, reminiscent of a full-bodied, dry red wine.
For this tea we suggest trying the Western-style of brewing. The idea behind it is to use much less leaf and much more water while brewing-times are much longer to extract as much of the flavor as possible at once.
An exceptionally high-quality tea with its beautiful amber hue, and highly aromatic and spicy taste.
Exquisite flavour and aroma, light in colour and better paired with a lemon slice than milk.
The taste is light, floral and slightly malty in character.
