A heavier and more robust green tea with a highly intense jasmine scent and taste. Although it is green, it looks almost black and has many enriching features. The tea’s lightly roasted and thin, twisted green leaves mean that its flavour and distinctive jasmine aroma quickly emerge during brewing.
For this tea we suggest trying the Western-style of brewing. The idea behind it is to use much less leaf and much more water while brewing-times are much longer to extract as much of the flavor as possible at once.
Made from the large mature leaves of late summer and autumn it has a fairly simple taste, with mild sweetness and nice balance.
The tea is rich, sweet and a slight arugula-peppery by nature.
