It is made from a single cultivar, 'Saemidori', and is harvested in April 2021 in Shizouka Prefecture. Despite not being grown in the shade, this tea maintains the same high levels of theanine which gives the extra rich and brothy taste and satisfying feeling. 100 grams in a jar.
